Anthony Deaton

Anthony Deaton is a new age composer, guitarist, and singer who specializes in the two-hand tapping technique on guitar. This technique allows for more complexity and counterpoint then is normally found in classical, jazz, or new age guitar pieces; the end result is that the intricacy is more reminiscent of piano works rather than guitar pieces. Anthony utilizes two guitars (which he plays simultaneously) to achieve this effect, and he never uses guitar overdubs on any of his music, as everything that you hear is being played simultaneously. Anthony also plays keyboard and creates all the additional instrumentation heard in his music.
